We absolutely believe in our product and what we do and stand for and want you to enjoy your product as well. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product, we are happy to work with you to come up with an appropriate resolution.
- If product is damaged during shipment, we will be happy to replace it.
- We put tracking on all of our packages and if you provide an email, you will receive confirmation that your package has been delivered. We ARE NOT responsible if your package is stollen or removed after the confirmation of delivery.
- For large orders that require a 50% deposit, should you be unable to fulfill that order, the deposit is non-refundable however we will work will you. We will put a credit on file for a future event or product that will be valid for 1 year after cancellation. Cancellation on an order must be in writing.
- Should we be out of a particular product and can not fulfill the requested order, we will suggest an alternative and give you a 10% credit for that order or provide a refund.
